Marrakech sightseeing
With so much to see and do during the day, time will fly quickly. Marrakech, founded by the Almoravide dynasty in the 11th century, features a plethora of palaces and gardens to explore, as well as: Marrakech historical tour; The Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadien Tombs, the Bahia Palace,Jemaa el Fnaa,Mellah and surrounding, Tanneries,Medrasa Ben Youssef, Badi Palace, Majorelle Gardens… are just a few of the historical monuments that we will visit on this half-day excursion…
Lunch is leisure. Then we head to the souks, a tangle of hundreds of stores, narrow passageways, and little streets. With row after row of spices, this is truly a sensory overload. Fragrant oils, magical elixirs, leather items, and, of course, beautiful carpets and rugs.
